We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our Technical  Services Team as a Field Tech Support /Implementation Engineer. As a critical part of an emerging company, you should be ready to be on the frontline of delivering world-class sales support to our growing roster of enterprise customers. You will be measured on KPIs such as sales support response, meeting solution implementation timelines, overall customer experience, project close out rate and speed and customer post-training surveys.

What we need you to do as a Field Technical Support / Implementation Engineer

  • Works on prospective customer opportunities 
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements
  • Works closely with Sales, Operations and Engineering resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Provides implementation support and software installation / configuration as needed
  • Collaborates with sales to ensure that these opportunities are effectively advanced.
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales team of progress.
  • Perform technical presentations, product demonstrations and product training
  • Attend preliminary calls with customer prospects for information gathering.
  • Perform site visits/ evaluations and document all findings in order to create a customer proposal and SOW
  • Own technical responsibilities in responding to RFIs.
  • Work with sales and product engineering to ensure that all responses are technically sound and meet customer business needs.

What you’ll bring to Vintra

  • Experience in technical sales engineering and deployments
  • An obsession with making and keeping customers happy
  • Bachelor’s Degree – technology or business degrees preferred
  • Relevant experience in video analytics, IP video applications required and physical security preferred
  • Relevant experience in implementation of on-premises hardware and software

The Lead Development Representative position reports to the VP of Demand Generation. The LDR will manage leads from inbound marketing channels, Account-Based Marketing programs, events, and other sources. The LDR is a key role in our demand generation team, as it is one of the first touch points for prospects. This role will set the tone for the customer experience, generate top of the funnel demand, support pipeline and revenue targets, and help to accelerate sales.

This is an ideal demand generation job in a hot industry that is focused on computer vision and deep learning video analytics. You’ll get a front row seat to see how Marketing and Sales collaborate as one team to help customers solve important problems around physical safety and security.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage outbound demand generation activities for North America, focused on campus (enterprise corporations and education) and safe city verticals. Support ad hoc outbound activities targeting integrators, as needed.
  • Research accounts and identify key contacts in various buying groups using Go-to-Market tools including ZoomInfo.
  • Gather key information about accounts and prospects prior to outreach with a phone call and email to ensure effective conversations with end user prospects. 
  • Qualify prospects based on sales criteria and record feedback in our CRM. Enhance contact and company profile data in HubSpot based on conversations, email replies, research and by using business intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo.
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot across Contact and Company properties. 
  • Shadow Regional Sales Manager calls to increase understanding of the customer journey.
  • Achieving individual productivity and monthly activity goals including outbound calls, emails, and appointment setting for Regional Sales Managers,
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of prospect meetings. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on the orchestration of outbound touch-points between HubSpot Sequences and Workflows. Identify points of integration, nurture, process improvements and ways to optimize our use of HubSpot and Go-to-Market tools. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams. Manage assigned outbound priorities on a weekly basis using Monday (e.g. pre-event appointment setting, demo requests, Account-Based Marketing leads, inbound leads, sales inquiries, etc).  
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot Tasks and Task Queues. Complete tasks within assigned due date (e.g. call, deploy sequence), log activities, set reminders, and collaborate with other team members to progress the customer journey forward. 
  • Following best practices for task management and logging activity to ensure accurate reporting and synchronization with trigger-based marketing programs. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of Vintra’s FulcrumAI Investigator Cloud and Real Time on-premises solutions, and be comfortable presenting a 5-minute demo to prospects in initial discovery meetings.

We’re looking for an ‘all hands on deck’ Marketing Manager to join our team in San Jose. As a key part of the marketing team you will be measured by developing thought leading content and the management of marketing channels, public relations and CRM execution. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop high-quality and thought leading content that are targeted to a variety of audiences. 
  • Regularly produce various content types, including emails, social media posts, web pages, blog posts, support for events, and white papers.
  • Research industry-related topics and partner with product team to understand key product features. Synthesize information to write clear marketing copy to promote our product solutions to various markets and audiences. 
  • Manage and evolve a Content Hub to enable both marketing and sales to use content resources that deliver timely and relevant messages to customers and prospects. 
  • Edit content produced by other team members and adjust for the right tone and tenor with Vintra’s brand voice.
  • Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed. 
  • Manage third party vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery

Marketing Channels and Campaign Creation

  • Oversee the owned marketing channel strategy and execution across web, social, email, newsletters, and blog. 
  • Manage webinars end-to-end and promote virtual events to generate leads. 
  • Configure, test, deploy and optimize marketing programs.
  • Actively manage and promote our website, blog, and content to relevant third-party platforms. 
  • Support Strategic Alliance initiatives by actively engaging internal stakeholders, partners and customers to continually refine and promote Vintra’s position in the marketplace. Maintain a cohesive brand voice across various forms of content including webinars, tradeshow booth and event experiences, video, case studies, and sales support materials. 

Public Relations

  • Manage ideation and creation of compelling content in partnership with PR agency to position Vintra as a leader.
  • Manage PR agency relationship, goals, and budget. Provide regular performance measurement updates with recommendations to address areas of opportunity.

  • You’re a go-getter with at least 3 years of experience developing thought leading content for a software / technology company. 
  • You’re a talented copywriter who can wordsmith content for different audiences and channels with ease.

The role requires functioning as a scrum team Product Owner, managing a designer and interacting closely with key customers, sales, vendors, partners, and operations. What you will do as a Product Lead:

  • Be responsible for driving the product development process, delivering a high-quality product that delights customers and grows the business
  • Communicate the vision for the product, both internally and externally, and motivate the team to deliver on that vision
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs, and articulate and explain those needs to the engineering organization
  • Work with UX to craft an intuitive, simple, and powerful user experience

What you will do as a UX Lead:

  • Be responsible for leading UX and designing high-quality products that delight customers 
  • Drive and synthesize customer discovery and understanding through contextual interviews, job shadowing and usability studies with end users
  • Understand customer needs, and articulate and explain those needs to the engineering organization
  • Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, or other artifacts to help with product development and understanding
  • Work with Product and Engineering Leads to craft an intuitive, simple, and powerful user experience

Must-haves:

  • 3 – 5 years experience working in UX in an agile development environment
  • Organized self-starter comfortable engaging with business and technology decision makers, end users, partner organizations and potential customers
  • Proven ability of User-Centered Design cycles with experience in the facilitation and management of customer research, design workshops, journey mapping and customer flows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
