WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining our analytics application, and for packaging and deploying our machine learning models in a highly available, high throughput, low latency processing pipeline. Here are some of the main responsibilities and challenges you will solve in this role:

  • You will be collaborating with the rest of the team to define, design and shape new platform functionalities.
  • You will design and develop scalable, high performance backend components for large-scale applications which will be deployed in private and public clouds.
  • You will work alongside researchers and other engineers to deploy custom ML models on modern GPU’s.
  • You will be analyzing and improving platform performance and assisting in ongoing projects for monitoring and management of our stack 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.
  • A solid knowledge of C/C++, Python or Java, and ideally you have played around with Go.
  • You have a strong knowledge of data structures & algorithm optimization.
  • You spend many hours of your days in Linux
  • You’re familiar with Kubernetes, and definitely know how to put your algos into containers.
  • Knowledge of image and video processing would be nice to have!
  • You are a results driven, self motivated person, capable of working both individually and within a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Account Manager who will be assigned the Eastern US and will own all accounts in this territory. The Account Manager is a hunter who will prospect in the territory, work through an assigned group of opportunities, and a curated list of potential leads & opportunities from a variety of sources including working with our demand generation team, CRM lists, trade shows, and referrals. The right candidate will have a demonstrated track record of generating their own demand, rather than solely relying on the marketing team or channel partners. The right candidate will have the ability to relate quickly to people over the phone and develop a relationship via calls, emails and other lead generation tools. The candidate will have the ability to step right in and execute on an existing funnel of opportunities that have been built up during the COVID period and are now ready to move forward.  It is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in sales within a fast-growing company with a stellar culture.  The candidate must have strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, a highly positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

This individual will work closely with the Director of Sales in helping develop new accounts. The Account Manager is also supported by our Sales Engineering and Demand Generation team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Achieve sales quotas
  • Proactive outbound prospecting from target list to prospective & existing customers to develop & qualify leads for opportunity development & closure
  • Follow up & close opportunities passed over from our Demand Generation team
  • Engages and educates early stage prospects & buyers, nurtures relationships with buyers that are not ready to buy, qualifies prospects & builds pipeline.
  • Drive a structured and data-driven sales process that includes cloud-based and on-premises based proof of concepts
  • Market event initiatives by calling on invitees/attendees to drive attendance, lead follow up; assess lead viability and schedule prospect meetings
  • Provide post-event support by uploading and assigning leads, and following up with these leads with calls and emails, leveraging CRM platforms
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and POC’s with Sales Engineers
  • Help to maintain the integrity of CRM data through regular research and by contacting customers/prospects for updated information
  • Assist with pipeline development by researching new accounts and prospects
  • Place outbound calls and emails and leverage sales techniques to uncover prospect’s need for our product.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to a CRM system on engagements and tasks completed
  • Once demand is generated, work with our ProPartner network of security integrators to fulfill the demand
  • Cooperate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting based on conversations and leads generated

WHO YOU ARE

  • An entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset with experience closing enterprise physical security software deals. Physical security, cyber security, or big data analytics experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • A verifiable track record of personally winning regional accounts and exceeding quota for new products
  • 3 or more years of individual contributor sales success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences
  • Professional, ethical, high-integrity people management skills. You will be trusted to exercise judgement in the absence of specific direction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% for client and prospective client visits when possible post-COVID.
  • Understanding of how to use activity data and sales process analytics to improve the sales process

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for bright software or networking engineers interested in deploying our products for Vintra’s global customers. Our Technical Account Managers work with some of the most iconic businesses in the world as they seek to deploy our computer vision solutions in their environments to drive greater security and safety outcomes. These range from companies who build products you use every day to those who work in the background supporting the global economy.  You’ll provide advice on deployment architectures, work with vendors to manage the support strategy, oversee the project, and assist in launch planning as well as any ongoing operational issues.

At Vintra, the Technical Account Manager is a critical part of the overall customer success team. TAMs work with Customer Success Managers (CSM) focusing on technical advocacy while the CSM focuses on overall business relationships. This partnership allows Vintra to ensure the technical deployment and management aligns with our customers’ strategic goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Become an expert at planning and deploying Vintra AI software.
  • Work with customers to accurately spec hardware and networking needs then plan and assist in every aspect of the deployment from hardware to software
  • Travel as required to assist in deployment, troubleshooting and operational needs.
  • Work with hardware vendors to build and ship appliances.  Manage hardware refresh cycle.
  • Provide support to internal Solutions Architects, Sales Managers, and Support Personnel when your expertise is needed.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Technical degree or professional experience equivalent.  Computer Science or Networking degrees are ideal.
  • Proficient in the Linux operating system and CLI
  • Experience deploying solutions on a distributed architecture. 
  • Understanding of and ability to use API’s to help customers drive success by improving operational efficiency, enabling new use cases and build real time alerts into dashboards.
  • Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex networking requirements and software applications
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.  Comfortable presenting from the technician level to the program management level while managing and addressing their differing concerns.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 25%. 

NICE TO HAVE

  • CCIE, CCNP or equivalent certifications
  • LPIC-3, LFCE, RHCE or equivalent certifications
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud applications
  • Prior background in computer engineering for AI / ML computer vision products
  • Experience in the security industry
  • Prior work with Government Agencies

Vintra is looking for a Technical Product Manager to support its growth. The PM will work closely with the Head of Product, the CTO, and the software team to build enterprise software for buyers and users of modern video analytics technology. The PM will be in charge of the “core
backend” squad dedicated to the scalability of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Build distributed systems
  • Implement sharing DBs
  • Reduce the system’s latency
  • Improve the platform efficiency

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and own the squad’s roadmap
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on your plans
  • Lead a scrum team as the Product Owner/Scrum Master
  • Create requirements and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks for work on
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Communicate internally about new releases
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends, and help to improve the product development process

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant product/project management experience
  • Experience building on-premise solutions for enterprise buyers
  • Deep understanding of distributes systems, sharding DBs, system efficiency, scalability, and cloud services.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and adapt your message to the audience
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working on a similar product/industry is a plus: video analytics, cameras, access control, physical security, cybersecurity, smart building, etc.
  • Working knowledge of modern machine learning capabilities and their application in the real world is a plus

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join our product team that is capable of:

  • Ingesting constant product requirements/improvements coming from real users and product team
  • Helping, collecting, and organizing user pain points or suggestions

  • Solving UX problems from A to Z, in a complex tech-driven platform
  • Understanding and adapting to flexible priorities
  • Working close to our UX Lead, QA, Dev and Product teams

This role requires research, design and validation skills. As UX/UI designer, you will be part of our product team, closely interacting with the UX Lead, QA and Development team, POs and Product Lead.

WHO YOU ARE

As an UX/UI designer at Vintra you must:

  • Have 3 – 5 years experience working in UX/UI in an agile development environment
  • Having been involved in complex digital platforms, such as enterprise on-prem web products 
  • Be passionate about how users think and behave in digital environments
  • Have a proven ability of User-Centered Design and iterative workflows
  • Share your digital portfolio that should highlight challenges, your design approach and your problem solving skills (don’t send only pixel-perfect UI screens, please!)
  • Be organized, self-starter and comfortable engaging with other team members, product and technology decision makers
  • Be an open-minded person, always thirsty for improving things and for getting inspirations from this crazy digital world
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to work with geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Be a master of the most common design tools (Figma is preferred)
  • Have basic knowledge of standard HTML coding
  • Pixel-perfect graphic design is a plus
  • Fluent English both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining our analytics application, and for packaging and deploying our machine learning models in a highly available, high throughput, low latency processing pipeline. Here are some of the main responsibilities and challenges you will solve in this role:

  • You will be in charge of preparing and executing detailed test procedures with accurate and complete coverage of the documented requirements
  • You will create a strong partnership with engineers and product owners to develop functional test cases for our backend components
  • You will define, implement and execute both manual and automated tests and bring in best practices
  • You will enhance and incorporate automated test executions to our CI/CD pipelines
  • You will communicate issues timely and effectively through Jira

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master’s degree would be nice to have.
  • You have 4+ years of experience testing large-scale distributed server applications.
  • You deal well with ambiguous problems and have the ability to think abstractly.
  • You are a test automation master,  and have worked with automated testing tools such as SoapUI and Selenium before
  • You’re a big fan of Cucumber/Gherkin
  • You are familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferably)
  • You have great Python skills
