We’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our Technical  Services Team as a Field Tech Support /Implementation Engineer. As a critical part of an emerging company, you should be ready to be on the frontline of delivering world-class sales support to our growing roster of enterprise customers. You will be measured on KPIs such as sales support response, meeting solution implementation timelines, overall customer experience, project close out rate and speed and customer post-training surveys.

 

What we need you to do as a Field Technical Support / Implementation Engineer

  • Works on prospective customer opportunities 
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements
  • Works closely with Sales, Operations and Engineering resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Provides implementation support and software installation / configuration as needed
  • Collaborates with sales to ensure that these opportunities are effectively advanced.
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales team of progress.
  • Perform technical presentations, product demonstrations and product training
  • Attend preliminary calls with customer prospects for information gathering.
  • Perform site visits/ evaluations and document all findings in order to create a customer proposal and SOW
  • Own technical responsibilities in responding to RFIs.
  • Work with sales and product engineering to ensure that all responses are technically sound and meet customer business needs.

 

What you’ll bring to Vintra

  • Experience in technical sales engineering and deployments
  • An obsession with making and keeping customers happy
  • Bachelor’s Degree – technology or business degrees preferred
  • Relevant experience in video analytics, IP video applications required and physical security preferred
  • Relevant experience in implementation of on-premises hardware and software
  • Experience working with and supporting a partner network that installs off-the-shelf hardware and Linux-based software
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and site contacts
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Technical aptitude – quick to develop a deep understanding of new software
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work proactively in a “virtual” office at times
  • Keen desire to become knowledgeable about machine learning and its applications in video for the enterprise and cities
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS, Python and shell scripting, and IP camera set-up and configuration (including details like resolution, focal length, etc that are important to video analytics applications)
  • Very detail-oriented with great follow-up
  • Curiosity to learn and assimilate technical information quickly, enthusiasm to share and teach others
  • Work closely with product management and engineering to efficiently translate customer feedback into the solution
  • Experience with forms of Support Software/ CRM systems

The Lead Development Representative position reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Demand Generation. The LDR will manage leads from inbound marketing channels, and events as well as identify outbound contacts targeting key verticals, personas and accounts. The LDR is a key role in our demand generation team, as it is one of the first touch points for prospects. This role will set the tone for the customer experience, support pipeline targets and help to accelerate sales.

This is an ideal first job in a hot industry that is focused on computer vision and deep learning video analytics. You’ll get a front row seat to see how Marketing and Sales collaborate as one team to help customers solve important problems around security and safety.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Gather key information about prospects prior to outreach to ensure effective conversation
  • Qualify prospects based on sales criteria. 
  • Enhance contact profile data based on sales conversations, email replies and research
  • Following best practices, including deployment of sales sequences, maintaining data in our CRM, pipeline management, KPI tracking, etc.
  • Achieving individual productivity and activity goals including outbound calls and appointment setting
  • Enhance leads by reviewing data, updating key CRM contact properties and coordinating qualified lead handoff to the Sales team
  • Research accounts and identify key contacts using various Go-to-market tools including ZoomInfo
  • Maintain data integrity in our CRM across Contact, Company and Deals
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team to identify points of integration, nurture, process improvements and ways to optimize our use of our CRM 
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc data cleansing projects

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re a go-getter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • You care that your work matters for the security and safety of other human beings
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing collaborative, startup environment and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand on nights and weekends when needed
  • Experience working with databases and ideally, some knowledge of CRM and marketing automation

  • Desire to learn HubSpot and lead management process end-to-end
  • Experience working with Marketing, Operations and Sales Organizations.
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Preferred: 0-3 years in a lead development or high volume sales environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail.

We’re looking for an ‘all hands on deck’ Marketing Manager to join our team in San Jose. As a key part of the marketing team you will be measured by developing thought leading content and the management of marketing channels, public relations and CRM execution. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. This is an amazing opportunity to help to continue the positive momentum of Vintra’s FulcrumAI solution in the marketplace, and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing startup.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop high-quality and thought leading content that are targeted to a variety of audiences.
  • Regularly produce various content types, including emails, social media posts, web pages, blog posts, support for events, and white papers.
  • Research industry-related topics and partner with product team to understand key product features. Synthesize information to write clear marketing copy to promote our product solutions to various markets and audiences.
  • Manage and evolve a Content Hub to enable both marketing and sales to use content resources that deliver timely and relevant messages to customers and prospects.
  • Edit content produced by other team members and adjust for the right tone and tenor with Vintra’s brand voice.
  • Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.
  • Manage third party vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery

Marketing Channels and Campaign Creation

  • Oversee the owned marketing channel strategy and execution across web, social, email, newsletters, and blog.
  • Manage webinars end-to-end and promote virtual events to generate leads.
  • Configure, test, deploy and optimize marketing programs.
  • Actively manage and promote our website, blog, and content to relevant third-party platforms.
  • Support Strategic Alliance initiatives by actively engaging internal stakeholders, partners and customers to continually refine and promote Vintra’s position in the marketplace. Maintain a cohesive brand voice across various forms of content including webinars, tradeshow booth and event experiences, video, case studies, and sales support materials.

Public Relations

  • Manage ideation and creation of compelling content in partnership with PR agency to position Vintra as a leader.
  • Manage PR agency relationship, goals, and budget. Provide regular performance measurement updates with recommendations to address areas of opportunity.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re a go-getter with at least 3 years of experience developing thought leading content for a software / technology company.
  • You’re a talented copywriter who can wordsmith content for different audiences and channels with ease.
  • You have extensive experience developing persuasive B2B content targeting large and enterprise businesses.
  • You’re a strong project manager who can execute tasks, and prioritize requests from many different teams at once
  • You’re a data-driven marketer who cares about the numbers, and leverages insights to inform your channel and content strategies
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing startup environment and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand when needed
