Why work for us?

At Vintra we are building solutions that literally save lives and revolutionize how people and spaces are kept safe and productive. Our technology is used to put a dent in workplace violence levels by some of the most forward-thinking companies in America. For law enforcement agencies, it is a force multiplier that gives them the power to find needles in haystacks... whether a missing kid or a felon on the run. We help our customers “know what the cameras know” by developing our own cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and techniques for video and multi-modal data analytics. The inspiration for every advancement in our precision and accuracy, or new neural network techniques, is someone who is safer at work or a mom reunited with her missing child. We are a global company with offices in San Jose, California and Barcelona, Spain. We are hiring ambitious and pioneering team members to join us across every area of our business, including deep learning, data science, and software engineering.
